Located in Cambridgeshire, this completed residential development comprises the construction of two new four-bedroom family dwellings, delivered from RIBA Stages 4 through to 7. Oracle Architects were appointed to lead the technical design, coordination, and on-site delivery, ensuring a robust and cohesive architectural outcome through to completion.
The pair of homes are conceived as a complementary composition, with carefully balanced massing, pitched roof profiles, and a restrained material palette that responds to the rural context. Warm-toned brickwork is paired with dark cladding elements and crisp window detailing, creating a contemporary yet contextually grounded streetscape presence. Timber entrance canopies provide a refined domestic threshold while reinforcing the home’s crafted character.
Internally, the dwellings are arranged to support generous family living, with well-proportioned bedrooms and open-plan ground floor layouts that maximise daylight and connectivity to private gardens.
