Project Overview

This unique project focuses on the sensitive transformation of a former gunnery site, beginning with Phase 1a: the establishment of a secure hub and site infrastructure. A full planning submission for this initial phase has been prepared to facilitate safe site operations and robust security measures.

The main refurbishment works will progress in close collaboration with CADW and the Welsh Local Planning Authority to respect the site’s heritage significance. Covering RIBA Stages 1 to 7, our scope includes planning submissions, discharge of conditions, detailed construction drawings, and technical coordination. Acting as Principal Designer, we ensure safety, compliance, and meticulous delivery throughout.
