Rosebrook Care Home is a 89-bed, purpose-built care facility in Milton Keynes, delivering high-quality residential living within a contemporary, efficient, and future-ready environment.
Appointed at RIBA Stage 4, our focus has been on driving the project from detailed design through to delivery on site – transforming the concept into a fully coordinated, buildable solution aligned with a demanding construction programme. With works commencing in June 2025 and completion targeted for mid to late 2027, maintaining programme certainty has been central to our approach.
Working within a highly serviced healthcare environment, we have led the technical development and coordination of architectural information to ensure compliance, efficiency, and clarity at every stage. The design integrates a robust fire strategy and inclusive access throughout, fully aligned with Approved Documents B and M, while achieving enhanced Part L performance targets through a high-quality building envelope and low-carbon systems.
The building incorporates underfloor heating, ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, solar carports, and a full sprinkler system – carefully coordinated to support both performance and buildability. The inclusion of a basement level introduced additional complexity, requiring precise integration of structure, waterproofing, and escape strategy without compromising programme or delivery.
Throughout Stages 4–7, we play a key role in maintaining momentum on site- leading multidisciplinary coordination, responding rapidly to technical queries, and safeguarding design quality through construction. Our proactive, delivery-focused approach ensures the project remains aligned with both programme and client expectations.
